Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so within 3 days of the original purchase date. To initiate the cancellation process, please contact our customer support team at support@myfamilymedic.com or through 7004933389.

Refund Details: Upon cancellation of your membership within the specified 3-day period, you will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the total amount paid. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds are applicable only to memberships canceled within 3 days of purchase.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the specified 3-day period.
  • Refunds are also applicable to membership renewals.
